The bachelor’s degree in Corporate Health Management and Well-being offers a uniquely trans-disciplinary and cross-cultural perspective in health management. With this bachelor degree, you will acquire proficient knowledge in the fields of psychology, nutrition, management, economy, law, health promotion, risk assessment, and digitalisation, as well as, experience exciting opportunities to engage in the design and practice of health promotion initiatives.

Our innovative academic programme will allow you to learn how to shape health practices in the working world by promoting a positive physical and mental health environment through evidence-based practices enabling organizational development. You will be able to demonstrate solid  understanding of the factors that enable health and wellbeing in the modern workplace. The knowledge acquired through our CHM Bachelor degree is grounded in the critical understanding of the science of health, as well as, cultural and economic variables that are part of the new global realities of the 21st century.

Benefit from our “Work-Friendly schedule” that allows you to study and practice corporate health, while you continue working.

What does “work-friendly” mean?

• Classes begin at 16:30 and continue until 19:30, allowing students to work during the day.
• In-person classes from Mondays to Thursdays, leaving Fridays for hybrid work
• Workshop sessions only one Saturday per month.
• Most modules (not all) will have this work friendly format starting April 2025
• Block teaching assures full immersion  on one module only, before moving to the next.

Bachelor in Corporate Health Management and Well-Being: A Portal to the Future of Work

Our programme is uniquely positioned to provide students with an in-depth understanding of current trends and debates in the fields of positive health and wellbeing promotion, as well as innovations in healthcare management and information technologies. You will learn how to design prevention, intervention and postvention health programmes, with the purpose of creating sustainable wellbeing in the workplace.

As employees demand work-life balance, better hybrid work practices, stress reduction tools and a higher quality of their working experience, companies realise that in order to retain high quality talent, they need to provide working conditions that minimise and eliminate the negative impact of high pressure environments. Companies are ready to invest in professional experts in the field of corporate health management and wellbeing.

Our programme is especially suitable from professionals who are currently working in human resource settings; health services; corporate communication; educational and administrative positions. Their background experiences will be enhanced by the study of Corporate Health Management, rounding their profile to enter this new and exciting line of work.

This programme will allow professionals to maximise their theoretical knowledge on the particularities and challenges of the healthcare market, and how to meet its demands.

Course of study

1st year

During the first year, you will gain foundational trans-disciplinary knowledge essential to build your professional profile as a health management specialist. You will your educational journey right away with courses in psychology, business administration, nutrition, health management and law. At the end of the first year, you will be able to demonstrate awareness of human and organisational behaviour, while building essential management skills, in the context of health and well-being promotion.

2nd year

During your second year, you will dive deeper into the specifics of the health management field, by studying specialization courses, such as, health economics; occupational health and safety; clinical psychology in worklife and even, how to effectively communicate health psychology concepts to larger audiences. Furthermore, through courses such as business ethics and sustainability, you will gain an understanding of economic trends and the dilemmas faced when conflicting goals arise in corporate contexts. In the course “Digital Leadership and Collaboration”, you will also get the hang of current trends in the context of digital environments. At the end of your second year, you will get the opportunity to engage in practice during an internship with one of our partner companies in Luxembourg or even outside of the borders. This hands-on experience, without a doubt, will allow you to further build your professional profile in the field of corporate health management.

3rd year

During the 3rd year, you will continue to further develop your managerial skills and health promotion competencies while taking classes and carrying out your second extensive professional internship during semester five, when you will put into direct practice the knowledge acquired in class. Both, a professor from LUNEX and your internship mentor will support you in making the most out of your professional practice. At the end of your third year, a focus on professional development and effective practice will allow you to reflect on your profile and next career steps. To conclude, you will be guided and supported in the writing of your bachelor thesis in the topic of your interest.

After receiving your online application for one of our study programmes, we will invite you to one of our Application Days. Based on the test results achieved there, we will decide whether you will be admitted directly to the course of study or whether you should first participate in our Pre-Bachelor Foundation Programme to complete and expand your knowledge.

Have you successfully participated in one of our our Application Days? Great, then you have now completed your application! You will receive your study contract from us by e-mail. Please print it out, sign it and send it by post or email to LUNEX together with the relevant documents listed in the e-mail.

Please be aware that your previous diplomas may require a recognition with Luxembourg authorities.

Application for a Bachelor’s programme:
1. Fill out our Online Application Form.
2. Take part in one of our Application Days. We will invite you to attend in person.
3. After successful participation in the Application Day we will email you with your study agreement. Please print it out, sign it and then send it to LUNEX by post or by e-mail, along with the evidence documents specified in the email.

Application for a Master’s programme:
1. Fill out our Online Application Form.
2. If you have met all the prerequisites for the Master’s programme, we will email you with your study agreement. Please read it carefully, print it out and sign it.
3. In order to complete your application, please send the signed study agreement along with all other required evidence documents by post to LUNEX.

As an applicant for one of our Bachelor’s programmes, you will be invited to attend an Application Day online. A selection procedure will take place on this day to check whether you meet the necessary prerequisites for the course.

More about the Application Day

The language of instruction in all courses at LUNEX is English. You should therefore be able to speak and understand English well. You have the opportunity to participate in the Pre-Bachelor Foundation Programme and improve your English if your language skills do not meet the entrance requirements for study at Bachelor level.

We will inform you in the course of the application process which supporting documents have to be provided and when. In principle, we need the following documents for your application:

  • Copy of your personal ID
  • Copy of the highest educational and/or vocational qualification
  • Language certificate (if applicable)

Depending on the degree programme (Bachelor/Master) and your country of origin (EU/non-EU), further documents may be required. More details will be provided to you in good time.

To secure a study place, we recommend that you send us your documents as soon as possible – but at the latest two weeks before the start of your studies. If you are an applicant from outside the EU, you should note that the application process for a visa can take four to 60 days. Please make sure you give yourself plenty of time.
