LUNEX Sport Management Students Discover Olympic Insights in Paris
Our Sport Management students recently had an insightful experience exploring the sports world in Paris, coinciding with the city’s preparations for the upcoming Olympics! The trip included many memorable moments that broadened their understanding of sport management and perceptions on future careers.
The adventure started at the legendary Roland Garros, where students got an inside look at one of the world’s most famous tennis venues. They then headed to Climb Up Paris Sud for some rock climbing, adding a fun and active twist to their visit.
This year, with the Olympics set to take place in Paris, the students had a unique opportunity to witness athletes training at France’s National Institute of Sport, Expertise, and Performance. They saw firsthand the dedication and effort behind elite athletic preparation. Additionally, the students visited the French National Olympic and Sports Committee, where they learned about the extensive planning involved in hosting the Olympic Games. This insider perspective provided valuable insights into the complexities of organising such a prestigious event.
With each experience, our students are crafting their journey to lead and innovate in the world of sports.
