Graduation Ceremony 2023: A Celebration of Excellence

On the afternoon of November 17, 2023, LUNEX University held its annual graduation ceremony, marking the culmination of academic journeys for around 200 graduates from diverse study programmes: Physiotherapy, Sport Management, and Sport and Exercise Science. The ceremony, held at the Hall O, was an event with moments of joy, recognition, and entertainment. The event was expertly steered by the radio host, Lisa Burke, who served as the master of ceremony.

The evening started with a dynamic performance by the LUNEX cheerleaders, who once again captivated the audience with their athleticism and synchronized routines.

A highlight of the ceremony was the Excellence in Teaching speech delivered by Dr. Kim Buchholtz who eloquently expressed the institution’s commitment to academic excellence and acknowledged the dedication of both educators and students in achieving remarkable milestones. In a moment of recognition for innovative teaching approaches, the Innovation in Teaching Award was conferred upon Dr. Mathieu Marlier and Dr. Firas Mourad.

Adding a melodic touch to the festivities, two percussionists took center stage, providing a rhythmic backdrop to the celebration. The celebration ended with a cocktail, providing an opportunity for graduates, faculty, and guests to share their special moment.
