LUNEX Talks #1: Extreme Sports and Management Skills with Deniz Kayadelen
We are excited to launch our new series “LUNEX Talks”. In this new monthly format, LUNEX University will invite a professional of the sport industry to talk about its experience in the field. Due to COVID restrictions, this event will be held online on Twitch and Clubhouse, but is meant to take place in our premises.
For its kick-off session LUNEX Talks #1: Extreme Sports and Management Skills, Sebastian Merten, Research Assistant and Lecturer at LUNEX University, had the pleasure to exchange with Deniz Kayadelen, a business psychologist, professional speaker, bestseller author, consultant and extreme swimmer. She shared anecdotes from her sporting career: swimming long distances in the sea, in freezing water or with the threat of being attacked by sharks. She explained how getting out of your comfort zone is the key to success and gave us some tips on how to overcome stress.
