Research focus
Our research in health and sports management and innovation has a transformative impact in the realm of good governance by examining management practices and optimising resource allocation to enhance efficiency and transparency of governance structures. Focusing on ethics we contribute to the integrity and accountability of health and sports organisations cultivating an impactful culture of ethical conduct which fosters trust among stakeholders ensuring long-term sustainability of such organisations. We modernise governance for the digital age adopting innovative tools for organisational efficiency and value creation. By investigating the societal outcomes of health and sports initiatives, we assess the influence a well-governed organisation generates on social inclusion, public health and community development. Our multidimensional approach ensures that health and sports organisations play a constructive role in the well-being of communities and society at large.
SG3 Project
SG3 is an innovative educational project that promotes ethical leadership and good governance in sport organisations. Through realistic simulations, interactive learning experiences and practical action plans, the project helps current and future sport managers develop the skills needed to make responsible decisions and strengthen organisational integrity.

IN-FORMS Project
