Why it matters

Understand hormonal health. Support sustainable careers.

Hormonal cycles and transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, can affect energy, concentration, stress tolerance and communication. Yet these experiences are still frequently misunderstood or overlooked, particularly at work.

Understanding how hormonal health interacts with workplace demands can help women navigate these changes and enable those supporting them to identify barriers, adapt working conditions and develop effective responses. Developed by LUNEX and Lëtz Menopause, this certificate connects hormonal health science, psychology and menopause medicine with practical strategies to support women’s health, professional capabilities and career ambitions.
