LUNEX and CEV announce the new edition of the CEV Volleyball Management Programme

LUNEX and CEV are continuing their collaboration with the fifth edition of the CEV Volleyball Management Programme, starting in January 2027. The programme supports the professional development of volleyball managers, sports professionals and athletes preparing for a career beyond competitive play.

Combining LUNEX’s academic expertise in sport management with CEV’s practical knowledge of volleyball, participants will develop skills across five key areas:

• strategic management and digital transformation;

• governance and people management;

• marketing and sponsorship;

• finance and economics;

• media relations and event management.

This edition introduces People Management as a new area of focus, providing practical insights into leading, developing and supporting teams within sports organisations.

Delivered online, the programme enables participants to build their expertise alongside their professional and personal commitments. Together, LUNEX and CEV aim to equip participants with practical tools to advance their careers, strengthen their organisations and contribute to the continued development of the wider volleyball community.
