The first five episodes are now available. In our inaugural episode, host Hanna Siemaszko speaks with Noah Trapp, a dedicated Luxembourgish judoka and student in our Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science Programme. Noah shares his firsthand experiences and insights into managing rigorous training schedules alongside academic commitments.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the second episode, we spotlight Eleonore Hiller, a talented duathlete and triathlete, from our Sport & Exercise Science programme. Eleonore candidly discusses her daily routine, revealing how she juggles intensive training sessions with academic studies and a part-time job.<\/p>\n

The third episode features para-athlete & Physiotherapy student, Roberto Lomba, who explains why judo is an ideal sport for the visually impaired. Roberto also shares his experiences in para judo and his journey to becoming a physiotherapist with host Hanna.<\/p>\n

In the fourth episode, listeners can explore the cyclo-cross world with Ma\u00eft\u00e9 Barthels. Ma\u00eft\u00e9 shares her sports experiences and provides insights from her Sport & Exercise Science bachelor’s thesis on the impact of menstrual cycles on women’s athletic performance.<\/p>\n

Finally, in the fifth episode, we feature Paulo Junior Sousa Rodrigues, a football player for FC Rodange and Sport & Exercise Science student. Paulo offers a glimpse into his life on the pitch, sharing his experiences and how he balances training demands with other aspects of life.<\/p>\n
